Our 200 Unit Donors

Gerald Galland

Milestone Donation: 200
Milestone Date: 3/30/2009
Milestone Place: Federal Way
City Where Donor Lives: Auburn

Why I Donate: My brother was in a near fatal accident and required over 60 units of blood. The community blood banks saved his life. I pledged to personally replenish that amount. That goal was met and I have just kept up the habit of giving ever since.

Donating is important to me and I make life decisions based on their effect on my ability to continue providing this life saving product, both to the community as a whole and to those very special patients that I have been a direct match for. This is the worthiest community contribution that I have ever made.

Blood – a truly renewable resource!
